New Flag Poles

The Dan R. Richardson American Legion Post 54 of Linton recently purchased three new flag poles to erect at the Veteran’s Memorial on the east lawn of the Emmons County Courthouse. Legion members assembled two of the poles on June 30, inserted them into their holders, and then tightened them with shims. Wendy Wangler of Linton set the poles from his boom truck, and Paul Richter and Philip Vetter also helped install the poles. See Photo Gallery.
